An introduction to econometric theory and analysis of the classical normal regression model. Topics include estimation methods, hypothesis testing, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Precludes additional credit for ECON 3706. Prerequisite(s): ECON 2201 (or equivalent) with a grade of C+ or higher, and ECON 2202 (or equivalent) with a grade of C+ or higher.Lectures three hours a week, tutorials one and a half hours a week.
