Critical review of the Canadian Sentencing Commission. Multidisciplinary approach using research and theory in law, criminology, social psychology and sociology. Prerequisite(s): fourth-year Honours standing and one of LAWS 2004 [1.0] (no longer offered), LAWS 2301, LAWS 2302. This course may not be taken by students who have completed the course as a special topics course.Seminars three hours a week.
