Exploration of concepts, themes, and practices in contemporary international relations theory. Topics may include anarchy, empire, sovereignty, power, institutions, inequality, security, war, ethics, governance, and identity. Prerequisite(s): fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department, and one of GPOL 1000, PSCI 2601, PSCI 2602, PSCI 3303, PSCI 3307.Seminar three hours a week.
