An examination of the application of organization theory to policy implementation and evaluation for developing and transitional systems, with an emphasis on the role of cultural differences and divergent value systems in development management. Prerequisite(s): ECON 3603 and fourth-year standing in the B.P.A.P.M. program and registration in either the International Studies Specialization or the Development Studies Specialization.Lectures or seminars three hours a week.
